Balsamic Chicken

Sweet and tangy crockpot chicken. Great over roasted bell peppers, greens, or as sliders. 250 cal | 42g protein | 8g carbs | 3g fat per serving.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Add chicken to crockpot.
  2. 2. Mix balsamic vinegar, honey, and broth. Pour over chicken.
  3. 3. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
  4. 4. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours.
  5. 5. Shred chicken and stir into the balsamic glaze.
  6. 6. Serve over greens, with roasted bell peppers, or on slider buns.
