Ingredients

- 3.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Add chicken to crockpot.
- 2. Mix balsamic vinegar, honey, and broth. Pour over chicken.
- 3. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
- 4. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours.
- 5. Shred chicken and stir into the balsamic glaze.
- 6. Serve over greens, with roasted bell peppers, or on slider buns.
