Peanut butter balls are an easy, no-bake treat made by mixing peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar, rolling into bite-size balls, then dipping them in melted chocolate for a smooth, candy-like coating. Chill to set, then enjoy straight from the fridge (or “test” a few on the way).
Ingredients
- 1/2 of butter, softened to room temperature
- 18 ounces of peanut butter
- 16 ounces of confectioners sugar
- 1 bag Nestle semi sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 tablespoon Paraffin wax
Instructions
- 1. Combine butter, peanut butter in a large bowl, beat
- 2. Combine confectioners sugar, 1 cup at a time
- 3. Roll into balls.
- 4. Chill balls for easier handling while dipping.
- 5. Melt chocolate morsels in double boiler along with 1 to 2 tablespoons of wax.
- 6. Dip balls into chocolate using toothpicks or pass from spoon to spoon to remove excess chocolate.
- 7. Place on cookie sheet lined with wax or parchment paper.
